For over 10 years, my sister, best friend, and business partner and I have worked in healthcare and home care. During those years, we saw so many families searching for the same thing: not just help, but genuine care. Care that feels warm, respectful, and human.

We noticed something heartbreaking.

Too often, home care no longer felt like home.

Care became rushed. Impersonal. Focused on schedules instead of people.

But the people receiving that care are not just patients or names on a chart.

They are the parents in this photo.

They are your parents. Our parents. The neighbor next door. The grandfather who still tells the same stories at dinner. The mother who spent her whole life caring for everyone else.

People with dignity. Memories. Pride. A lifetime of love behind them.

And we knew they deserved more.

So we created Caring Path — a place built on compassion, trust, and respect for the people who once cared for all of us. We believe home care should protect the feeling of home: safe, familiar, peaceful, and filled with kindness.

To us, this work is personal.

Because one day, every family hopes someone will care for the people they love with patience, gentleness, and heart.

That is the path we chose to create.
